DataAIP

The most advanced and easy to use AI in the world specifically made for organizations.

Our vision is very clear and easy to understand: Always begin with the customer experience. No exceptions, and then build the very best data science tools for all organizations so they are optimally equipped to make the best decisions for their customers.

Our mission here at DataAIO is very clear: The fierce pursuit of truth in the data, no matter where that takes us. That means our allegiance is not to money, pressure, publishing, acquiring likes, gaining status, or anything else except finding the truth in the data. That’s really it. That’s the truly great thing we are working on, and sharing with you!

All of our values are centered around people, not technology. Technology is a means, never an end.

"Technology is nothing. What’s important is that you have a faith in people, that they’re basically good and smart, and if you give them tools, they’ll do wonderful things with them. It’s not the tools that you have faith in — tools are just tools. They work, or they don’t work. It’s people you have faith in or not. Yeah, sure, I’m still optimistic I mean, I get pessimistic sometimes but not for long." Steve Jobs. Always treat everyone with respect. No exceptions. It’s amazing how much better life runs when people always treat each other with respect. If you’re not sure what that means, you might want to listen to an old song by Aretha Franklin.

Listen. Really listen to people, and listen with kindness. It makes a huge difference. People will tell you the truth, the important part is to listen. Really listen to them.

Respectfully hold others accountable. When people make mistakes, (and we all do) hold them accountable and always treat them with respect.

Make everything as easy and clear as possible. It’s incredible how much easier and clearer things can be made with great technology and processes.

Respectfully hold up the highest standards possible. Never apologize for having the highest standards possible, and respectfully helping as many people as possible also achieve the best results in the world.

Only work with people you trust, who consistently demonstrate ethics and integrity. Give people every chance to demonstrate they are trustworthy. Hold them accountable if they demonstrate they fall short of that trust. However, the best option if they are intentionally not trustworthy or act in any way that is determined to be unethical is to separate and do not look back. Give everyone a fair and reasonable opportunity, and only work with people who demonstrate trustworthiness.

Test everything. Hold on to the good. It is a red flag if people do not want to test something, or if they test and hold on to bad results or processes.

Prefer testable hypotheses over opinions every single time. The best hypotheses are both testable and falsifiable based on empirical evidence.
